401(k) Plan* (Fidelity) Web Site

This is a retirement savings plan that is tax exempt which Auto-Rain
makes available and provides 50% matching funds after one year of service
up to the first 5% that the employee chooses to save.

Flex Benefits* (Sentinel Benefits) Web Site
(first of month following 90 day eligibility period)
This plan allows the employee to save tax free money in a medical
or dependant savings plan for use on out of pocket expenses during
the current calendar year. The money is deducted every pay check in
amounts that are available immeditely through Sentinel Benefits.

Medical Plan* (WAHIT underwritten by Premera) Web Site
(first of month following 90 day eligibility period)
Employees are covered by Auto-Rain, but family coverage is avaiable for
a reasonable premium that is reduced by a pre-tax deduction.

Dental Plan* (Principal Financial) Web Site
(first of month following 90 day eligibility period)
Voluntary dental to be considered like a dental savings account.
Premiums are taken as a pre-tax deduction and are similar to the
amount you would pay for regular maintenance, but allows
dramatically reduced costs for other services as needed.

Disability Insurance* (Sun Life Insurance) Web Site
(first of month following 1 year seniority)
This is a disability plan to provide 60% of your income in case of an accident
that occurs away from work. Long term (over 90 days of disability)
is provided for all employees after one year of full-time service and short term
(over 8 days of disability) is available for a small payroll deduction.

Life Insurance* - Forms Only (WAHIT) Web Site
(first of month following 90 day eligibility period)
This is a $10,000 policy available to all employees with premiums paid by Auto-Rain
